AES Texas: Laura Bobzien

Laura Bobzien brings over ten years of experience in auction planning and event publicity. She finds tremendous reward in helping nonprofits reach their monetary goals and is continuously inspired by our clients' dedication to their mission.

Having chaired auctions in the past, Laura truly understands her customers' perspective. She believes that listening to clients and providing detailed communication are essential to creating a successful event. Her collaborative approach to client relationships ensures enjoyable, worry-free auctions and supports AES' mission to "Raise More, Help Many."

Laura graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Economics and though she remains an Aggie at heart, she's currently working toward a master's degree at UT Dallas. She's thrilled to be an AES Event Planner!

AES Colorado: Tabatha Bollerud

Tabatha Bollerud of Auction & Event Solutions Colorado has over 5 years experience planning and managing auctions for private and community events. Tabatha has extensive knowledge and experience in managing pre- and post-event planning activities, event night logistics, auction processes including registration and checkout and as a owner of AES Colorado is looked to as one of the city's leading planners for small- and large-scale fundraising events. Tabatha has her degree in Business Administration.

AES Arizona: Robyn Broshears

Robyn Broshears has been the owner of Auction & Event Solutions Arizona since its opening in September 2004. Robyn is originally from Minnesota "Go Vikings!" and moved to Arizona "Go Cardinals!" in 1992. She attended Arizona State University and was a member of the Delta Delta Delta sorority where she was introduced to non-profit organizations through countless hours of volunteering. She then went on to get her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. For six years prior to joining AES Arizona she was a Branch Manager for a large financial institution in the Valley and deepened her belief in exceptional customer service as being the key to a successful company. Through her experience and education Robyn has had the privilege of helping over 80 non-profit organizations build and maintain their fundraising events. Her proven ability in pre thru post event planning, streamlining event night processes and cost conscious awareness along with her motto "Attitude Equals Success" has helped to make AES Arizona a strong partner for the non-profit community.

AES Illinois: Jon Doehling

Jon Doehling began with Auction & Event Solutions in 2003 as an Event Supervisor with AES Colorado, and in 2006 relocated to the Chicago area as Owner and Event Manager of Auction & Event Solutions Illinois. Jon is looked to for his expertise in event planning, event night logistics, auction processes including cashiering and item distribution, online event registration, touch screen electronic bidding, computer networking, volunteer training, auction analysis, and has strong knowledge of many different auction software packages. Jon uses his vast event management experience to provide customized solutions for AES clients all across the Midwest — including Illinois, Indiana, Iowa and Wisconsin. Jon graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2004 and is an active member of The Association of Fundraising Professionals.

AES Texas: Diana Hamilton

Diana Hamilton loves to raise money for non-profits. And to join the Auction & Event Solutions DFW team where their mission is to provide products and services that lift charitable giving while enhancing the overall event experience for both the organization and patron is the perfect fit for her. With over 15+ years of event planning experience, 10 soley focused within the non-profit industry, the most important part she feels of her job is to make sure her clients know she is there every step of the planning process, beginning to end. Diana has been in the client's shoes many times and understands completely what it takes to put on an amazing fundraiser. Within Dallas, Diana has chaired various charitable events, sat on non-profit boards such as Genesis Women's Shelter, Victims Outreach, and the Junior League of Dallas as Development Vice President. She also put her business degree from Baylor University to work at Microsoft and Arthur Andersen where she did marketing and public relations towards small business markets and larger corporations.

AES Texas: Claire Murad

Claire Murad, owner of Auction & Event Solutions, DFW has been working in the nonprofit field for over 8 years, consulting with her clients in all aspects of event fundraising. She began as a volunteer, functioning as Auction Chair, Live Auction Chair, and Solicitations Chair. In 2003, she and her husband, Louis opened Murad Auctions and began working full time helping clients "take their events to the next level". They began to see a desperate need to help clients with their event night processes, to streamline check in and check out, and take this responsibility out of the client's hands. In 2007, Louis and Claire saw the AES touch-pad technology at an event in Denver, and were determined to bring this revolutionary system to Dallas. In 2008, AES, DFW opened their doors. and Claire now oversees the marketing operations in Dallas, and works with their clients to provide them with superior service to create successful events. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University and lives with her husband and 4 children in Richardson. She is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

AES Texas: Louis Murad

Louis Murad is a professional, full time, licensed auctioneer and has been helping clients in the DFW area execute successful Live Auctions for the past ten years. He is a full time benefit auctioneer. He knows how to keep your attendees entertained and bidding! He and his staff work with non profits,schools, and other fund raising entities consulting and working to increase the profits of all types of fundraising events. He is a member of the National Auctioneers Association and holds the Benefit Auction Specialist designation.

Louis is a native of Dallas and a graduate of Jesuit College Preparatory School and Southern Methodist University.

He lives in Richardson with his wife, Claire and their four children. He is committed to helping your organization reach its highest potential in raising funds at your next event. and increasing Your Auction Advantage!

Virtual Events Team: Cindy Parsons

Cindy Parsons brings over 10 years of event planning to the Virtual Events Team. In addition to the Virtual Events Team and AES DFW, Cindy has worked as an event planner in Dallas, Texas, and Northern California, planning all types of events, from small, intimate gatherings to large scale corporate meetings. While she enjoys all aspects of each event, from ordering linens to negotiating contracts, her greatest satisfaction is creating a successful event for each client. Cindy graduated from St. Mary's College of California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology and volunteers regularly with the New Hope Foundation in Dallas, Texas.

When she isn't planning events, Cindy love's volunteering at her daughter's school and with New Hope Foundation in Dallas.

AES Colorado: Lauren Press

Lauren Press has been with Auction & Event Solutions Colorado since fall 2008. She is actively involved in all aspects of event management including pre-event planning, event night management, volunteer training and post-event wrap-up. Lauren graduated from the University of Denver majoring in Management with minors in Sociology and Leadership Studies.

Virtual Events Team: Rich Rader

Rich joined AES in 2008 with the opening of Auction & Event Solutions, DFW. After studying computer science at Indiana University, Rich returned to his native Texas and spent almost 15 years in the restaurant industry, discovering his passion for customer service and learning to excel in high stress situations. With the opening of AES DFW, Rich was able to meld his passion for customer service with his love of computers and technology. Since joining the Virtual Events Team, Rich has found his calling introducing our service and technology to new clients around the country.

AES Texas: Mary Rogers

Mary Rogers, Planner, joined the AES team nearly 4 years ago and so comes with the experience of arranging many events. She loves working with her clients to ensure they understand the auction process and software in order to bring about a successful event. She believes that the best way to achieve an outstanding auction is through planning, organization, training, and communication. Mary has served on the Auction Board for Mount St. Michael Catholic School in Dallas for over 5 years, as well as having been on the development team for the School for the last 4 years. She volunteers in each of the schools her children attend in the role of organizing events. A native of Texas, Mary and her husband, David, make their home in Farmers Branch, along with their five active, beautiful children (hence the planning skills).

AES Colorado: Renee Walker

Renee Walker has been with Auction & Event Solutions, Colorado since 2007. Renee has worked with AES in numerous capacities including event technician, cashier, registration technician and event night lead. In her new role as event planner and manager, she is actively involved in every detail of pre-event planning, volunteer training, event night management and post-event reconciliation.

Prior to becoming an event planner and manager with AES, Renee was President and Creative Director for 11 years for Diverseye Design Inc., a graphic design studio in Colorado. Renee is a graduate of the Art Institute of Colorado. She lives in Littleton, Colorado with her husband and two children.

AES Colorado: Ashley Weber

Ashley Weber has been with Auction & Event Solutions Colorado since 2003 as a planner and event manager of auction related fundraising events. As a Co-owner of Auction & Event Solutions Colorado, Ashley is involved in every detail of the pre-event planning, volunteer training, event-night management and post-event reconciliation efforts of the more than 100 non profit organizations which AES Colorado services annually. Ashley has also presents fundraising ideas and strategies in various workshop formats annually in an effort to assist non-profits with special events fundraising. Ashley earned her Bachelor's Degree from the Metropolitan State College of Denver.

Virtual Events Team: Alison Wood

Alison Wood has been with AES since the inception in 1989. She has been involved in the start up of all AES cities and is now part of the Virtual Events Team, planning and servicing events across the country. As client liaison for AES national accounts Alison is also involved in market expansion and developing corporate planning standards and procedures. Alison is an event planner for AES and is a member of the Board of Directors for the company. Her 25 years of event management, project planning and technical training expertise continue to be instrumental in the growing success of Auction & Event Solutions. Alison attended Regis University and holds her degree in Computer Information Systems.

Virtual Events Team: Michael Wood

Michael Wood, President, CEO and founder of Auction & Event Solutions introduced computer technology for silent and live auctions in 1989 and AES today is the leading provider of wireless computer bidding technology for silent and live auctions. Michael has focused the last two decades on substantially increasing auction profits through world class event processes, service excellence and innovative technology solutions. With great attention to detail, Michael has successfully enhanced the event night experience for thousands of clients and patrons alike through streamlined registration, computerized auction tallying, efficient cashiering, wireless credit card processing and item distribution management. In 2001, Michael resigned from Lockheed Martin Corporation in 2001 as an Information Technology Director to focus full time on expanding AES nationally and brining products and services to all non-profit communities.

Mr. Wood attended Regis University majoring in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Business Administration and has over 30 years experience in event planning, project management, software development and information technologies.
