Sponsorship Opportunities

With the introduction of technology to a corporate or charity fundraiser, AES has been able to develop new and exciting possibilities for your potential sponsors and underwriters. Often times, our clients are able to make enough from these sponsorship offerings to completely cover, and often exceed our service fee. If you are interested in using any or all of these sponsorships, please contact your AES planner for specific details.

Bid Card Branding

This, our most popular sponsorship, places the sponsor's name, logo and message in the hands of every patron. These cards can be customized with your unique theme, a sponsors coupon or simply formatted as a business card.

Bid cards are used as an alternative and faster method for patrons to identify themselves while bidding in the silent auction.

These cards are the same size as a regular credit card and are given to every patron upon registering for the event.

On Screen Branding

Your sponsor logo will appear in the top left corner of each touch-pad and will be enlarged when bidders are asked to enter a bid.

Regardless of what screen is being displayed, the sponsor logo will never be covered or hidden by another window.

The logo appears on every touch-pad throughout the venue.

Slideshow Advertisements

Along with slides that highlight live auction items, current high bids, popular silent auction items and items without bids, this sponsorship puts the sponsor's name on the big screen for all to see.

Professional Roamers

AES will provide trained and enthusiastic, professional touch-pad roamers
for your auction.

Allow your sponsor to bring in these professionals that are guaranteed to
get you more bids.

Roamer Competitions

Entice your volunteer roamers to make your auction more money by holding a competition on who can get the most bids
