AES never charges a percentage, we are flat fee based. AES does not believe that our clients should be penalized for using our technology to generate greater revenue.

Traditional Bid Sheet Package

• Pricing starts at $2,475 depending on location and size of your event

Auction in a Box "Mini"

• $1,499 for 2 laptops, 1 printer, including pre-paid return shipping
• Client pays shipping cost from AES to destination, not to exceed $50
• Extra laptops available for $149 each, printers at $99 for larger events
• Can add an AES technical supervisor to help setup and operate event night

Auction in a Box "Standard"

• $1,999 per "pod" of 4 laptops, 4 printers, including pre-paid return shipping
• Client pays shipping cost from AES to destination, not to exceed $100
• Extra laptops available for $149 each, printers at $99 for larger events
• Can add an AES technical supervisor to help setup and operate event night
