AES has some great technology tools that guarantee to increase your revenue but we also are aware that not all of our client's events dictate this high level of technology. Sometimes all our clients require is a helping hand on event day to make sure they have the computer systems and software to independently register guests, run the auctions and fundraising activities, and then cashier their guest out without having to worry about the computers, networks or printers crashing.

Here at AES we understand that many of our clients wish to do their own event, staff their own activities and continue using paper and pen for bidding.

This is what Auction in a Box is all about. Simply put. AES provides you with preconfigured and preloaded equipment designed to work flawlessly on event day.

Here is what each Auction in a Box "Pod" contains.

Auction in a Box "Mini"

  • Cost $1,499 (200 to 300 guests)
  • 2 Windows laptops preconfigured with your auction software
  • Microsoft Office installed on "Master" computer for productivity tools
  • 1 Laser jet printer preconfigured to work with all laptops
  • Network switch that provides connectivity to your information
  • Color coded cables so there can be no mistakes during setup
  • Event consumables
    • Pens, sharpies, calculators, staplers, paper, sticky notes, scissors, tape, paperclips, spare printer toner and even breath mints
  • Quick reference cards for easy setup and simple tasks
  • Shipping 7 days prior to your event for peace of mind
  • Insurance in case something gets lost during shipment
  • Shipping via FedEx ground to your destination is paid by you (about $50)
  • Equipment returns must return 2 days after your event and AES provides a pre-paid shipping label
  • Equipment comes in one case that has wheels and handles for easy movement
  • Backup toner cartridge for printer
  • Extra laptops available for $149 each
  • Extra printers are available for $99 each
