Why become an AES City Owner?
The AES City Ownership opportunity has been developed to provide a formula for operating a successful staffing business. The AES City Ownership opportunity is without question a business that needs to be promoted on a consistent basis to both the non-profit community and to your pool of part time staff associates and auctioneer resources. A sales and marketing background and/or the ability to develop business relationships is ideal. However, AES has attracted city owners from many different business backgrounds that have been successful.

This business is not normally attractive to highly introverted people. How to evaluate the risk/reward potential?
The Small Business Administration estimates that nearly 50% of small businesses fail within their first year of operation and approaching 90% within the first five years. Reasons for failure are lack of business and management expertise, insufficient money and poor attitude.
